It appears that not long after releasing winger David Dziurzynski from his PTO, the Utica Comets are bringing centreman Tony Cameranesi back on a pro tryout deal.
The Comets lost centreman Cam Darcy midway through the first period of their game against Syracuse on Saturday, so this may be insurance should Darcy be unable to go on Friday vs Laval, (this is total speculation on my part)
Cameranesi was released from his PTO just two days ago but had spent 13 games with the Comets already this season, collecting two assists to go along with 15 minutes spent in the penalty box.
The Comets are back in action on Friday at 4:00 pm Pacific when the Laval Rocket come to town. CanucksArmy will have your post-game report following the game.
