@Luke Schenn finally received his second Stanley Cup ring from the Tampa Bay Lightning on Thursday.
With the Vancouver Canucks in town for their lone visit to Tampa this season, Schenn’s former team organized a small ceremony to present him with his ring and commemorate his role on the 2021 Stanley Cup team.
Schenn’s name is on the Stanley Cup twice. After wrapping up his first stint with the Canucks in 2019, Schenn joined the Lightning as a free agent and won back-to-back championships with the team in 2020 and 2021.
In 38 regular-season games with the Lightning last season, Schenn scored four points (two goals, two assists) and averaged 10:45 of ice time. He also appeared in eight 2021 playoff games with the Bolts.
Schenn, 32, returned to the Canucks on a two-year deal this past offseason. In 19 games with Vancouver this season, Schenn has one goal and five points.
