The Canucks are working with Sven Baertschi’s agent to try and find him a new home. Baertschi’s agent Andre Rufener would like a change of scenery for his client, ‘We would like to get traded, I am in contact with Jim Benning, he knows that.’

Ben Street leads the series with seven points, while Reid Boucher, Francis Perron, and Brogan Rafferty have each collected six. Carter Bancks, Kole Lind, and Brett Seney have picked up five points apiece, while five other skaters have earned four.
Three different netminders have seen time for the Devils against the Comets as Louis Domingue, (1-0-1, 2.46 goals-against-average, 0.906% save percentage), Gilles Senn, (1-0-0, 3.72 GAA, 0.886% save percentage) and Evan Cormier, (0-3-0, 3.77 GAA, 0.885% save percentage) have all seen action.
The Comets have used Zane McIntyre, (3-1-0, 2.02 GAA, 0.929% save percentage) and Mikey DiPietro, (1-0-1, 3.30 GAA, 0.894% save percentage) in the series. DiPietro won’t be available today, so we could see Richard Bachman in action after McIntyre played yesterday.
Roster News
While nothing has happened yet, and the team has been trying to accommodate him for some time, we found out today that Sven Baertschi is looking for a move from the Canucks system. Rick Dhaliwal from TSN1040 in Vancouver sent out a few tweets today to let us know what’s up with the Baertschi camp. It’s something to keep an eye on going forward. Who knows, maybe the team can find a center who can play in Utica in a Baertschi deal.
Rufener : I am not happy with the way this season has gone for Sven, he played well when he was in the NHL, in my opinion he did not get the opportunity he needed.’ Rufener has permission to help get his client traded, ‘we are looking for a solution ’
Baertschi has been very professional and has shown a great attitude in Utica where the Canucks have many prospects, both sides are working to see if there is a trade somewhere.
