Welcome back to Betway Bets of the Day brought to you by NHL betting odds site Betway
The Canucks opened Tuesday’s matchup against the Seattle Kraken with two early first period goals and a 2-0 lead, the Kraken then flip a switch and scored five unanswered to give them a 5-2 win over Vancouver.
The Canucks will look to snap their four game losing streak against the lowly Chicago Blackhawks. Here are three bets I like for tonight’s game.
Player Prop
Boeser has found success on a line with JT Miller and Phillip Di Giuseppe, he has hit his over 2.5 in nine of his last 10 games, including a three shot performance against the Blackhawks on March 26th.
Point Prop
Elias Pettersson to score 2 or more points at +100. My $10 bet would return $20.
Pettersson is on the verge of being the first Canuck since Daniel Sedin in 2011 to score a 100 points in a season. Pettersson has scored two points in both matchups Vancouver has had with Chicago this season.
Parlay
Vancouver to win money-line and Elias Pettersson to register a point at -163. My $10 bet would return $16.15.
Despite a recent four game skid, bet on the Canucks against the tanking Hawks. Vancouver has beaten them twice this year at a combined score of 9-4.
Elias Pettersson has scored a point in 15 of his last 16 games, adding this prop moves the Canucks money-line from -223 to -163.
Last Game Bets
Jared McCann to register over 2.5 shots at -175. My $10 bet would return $15.71. – HIT
The game to end with over 6.5 goals at -134. My $10 bet would return $17.50. – HIT
Seattle to win money-line at -112. My $10 bet would return $19. – HIT
We staked $30 and returned $52.21, we are now up $94.49 on the year.
