Welcome back to Betway Bets of the Day brought to you by NHL betting odds site Betway!
JT Miller scored a coast to coast overtime winner to give the Canucks a 3-2 win over the Anaheim Ducks, the win extended the Canucks win streak to three games.
Next up for the Canucks is a matchup with the Ottawa Senators who have won six of their last seven games. Here are three bets I like for tonight’s game.
Player Prop
Batherson has hit his over in five of his last six games and had four shots in his only matchup with the Canucks. Batherson seems like the lock of the day.
Player Prop #2
Alex Debrincat to register over 2.5 shots -175. My $10 bet would return $15.71.
This line almost seems like Betway is offering you free money. Debrincat has tallied 11 shots in his last two games and had 3 shots in Ottawa’s previous matchup with Vancouver.
Money-Line
Ottawa to win money-line at -125. My $10 bet would return $18.
Ottawa has been among the hottest teams in the league recently and is only four points out of a playoff spot. Despite the Canucks’ recent hot play, I like the Senators a lot here.
Last Game Bets
JT Miller to register over 2.5 shots at -175. My $10 bet would return 15.71. – HIT
Vancouver to score a power play goal at -134. My $10 bet would return $17.50. – MISSED
Both teams to combine for over 6.5 goals at -125. – MISSED
We’re officially on a slump we staked $30 and returned $15.71, we’re still up $86.85 on the year.
The comments raised a great point in regards to last edition. We did end up going only two for three but our calculations were correct.
