The NHL schedule makers gave hockey fans a gift with an extremely rare nine game slate on a Sunday. Canucks fans will have their eyes on the 1 Pm game as the Oilers will look to extend their winning streak to seven games as they host the New Jersey Devils.

Here are three bets I like for tonight’s games.

Connor McDavid to register 2 or more points at -115. My $10 bet would return $18.69.

McDavid has absolutely torched the league after a tough start to the season scoring 18 points during the Oilers six game win streak, which is an average of three points per game. I like him to get at least two points against a Devils team that’s second last in goal against.

Jack Eichel to register over 3.5 shots at -143. My $12.5o bet would return $21.25.

Eichel has hit his over 3.5 in four  of his last five games tallying 26 shots in that span which is an average of 5.2 per game. Like this play a lot against a Sharks team that gives up the most shots in the league, play a full unit here.

Fillip Forsberg to register over 3.5 shots at -150. My $10 bet would return $16.66.

Forsberg started the season on a shooting spree but has quiet down as of late, only hitting his over in one of his last four games, think he gets back on track against a Montreal team that’s 30th in the league in shots against.

Sebastian Aho to register over 2.5 shots at-163. My $12.5o bet would return $20.19.  – MISSED

Vancouver did a much better suppressing shots against the Canes than I expected, we staked $28.75 and returned $17. We are now up $118.97 on the year.
