He tells some great stories from his playing days like what it was like joining the @Edmonton Oilers in the middle of the 1980s, the Mike Milbury incident during his Bruins’ days, what it was like winning the Stanley Cup with the @New York Rangers, the best goalie he ever played with, and the best roommate while on the road.
Then he talks about his post-playing days, including who the hardest players were to coach, losing good players like Bill Guerin and Ryan Smyth to trades in the middle of a season, coaching Gager back in the day, putting together Team Canada at this year’s Spengler Cup team, what it was like getting into coaching, the Harvey the Hound incident, feuding with Bob Hartley, his thoughts on the new Battle of Alberta, his coaching future in the NHL, his time in the KHL, and the 2006 Stanley Cup run.
