The salary for all three contracts has yet to be disclosed.
“We are excited to bring back some familiar faces for next season,” said Johnson in the statement that announced the signings. “Dino, Cooper and Joe each played an important role in securing our Calder Cup championship in 2025, and we expect them to continue making an impact here in Abbotsford.”
Kambeitz re-signs with the team on a one-year contract. He scored 10 goals and four assists for 14 points in 52 games in the regular season, and was held pointless through eight playoff games.
The 25-year-old winger spent five seasons in the Western Hockey League with the Victoria Royals and the Lethbridge Hurricanes. After he wasn’t drafted, he joined the professional ranks with the Bakersfield Condors in 2021-22. After three seasons with the Condors, he joined the Canucks this past year in their Calder Cup-winning season.
Walker returns on a two-year contract with the Canucks. He had five goals and five assists for 10 points in 34 games in the regular season with Abbotsford, but did not play for them during the playoffs.
The 23-year-old centre spent three seasons in the Ontario Hockey League with the Guelph Storm, and after going undrafted, he managed to secure a role in the pros with the Vancouver Canucks organization. He spent time between the ECHL and AHL in the 2023-24 season before becoming a full-time AHLer in 2024-25.
Arntsen also returns to Abbotsford on a two-year contract. He had one goal in 10 games with the Canucks, and did not register a point in two playoff games with the team. He spent most of his season in the ECHL with the Kalamazoo Wings, where he had five goals and 11 assists for 16 points in 43 games.
The 22-year-old defenceman spent parts of six seasons in the WHL with the Hurricanes, and went undrafted before playing his first pro hockey season in 2024-25.
