Report: Vancouver Canucks to bring back skate jersey Feb. 24 vs Flames

The Vancouver Canucks will reportedly bring back their alternate skate jerseys, Daniel Wager reported Sunday.
According to Wager, they will be returning Feb. 24th against the Calgary Flames.
Goaltender Thatcher Demko was spotted at Canucks practice Sunday rocking a helmet and pads that are a direct tribute to Kirk McLean, CanucksArmy’s Lachlan Irvine noted.
Here’s what Wager wrote in his report:
According to a source, the Canucks will be wearing the classic skate jersey for their home game on February 24 against the Calgary Flames. It’s possible that it might become a permanent fixture next season as well, replacing the stick-in-rink as the team’s official third jersey.
The jerseys returned to the Canucks in the 2020-21 season as part of the reverse retro jersey.
