It appears that the St. Louis Blues will be without Vladimir Tarasenko for the remainder of the series against the Vancouver Canucks.
The club announced Tuesday that Tarasenko would be returning to St. Louis for evaluation on a shoulder that was surgically repaired in October.
He appeared in games one and two against Vancouver taking five shots and scoring no points. While the Blues have gone on to win games three and four without Tarasenko in the lineup, he’s been one of their most lethal scorers for years.
The Blues say an update will be provided next Monday on Tarasenko, so the series will be all wrapped up by then.
Game five goes tomorrow at 8:30 followed by game six Friday and game seven, if needed, Sunday.
