One of the best players in Utica Comets history has officially signed in the KHL. 
Reid Boucher, 26, was announced to have signed a one-year deal with Avangard Omsk. This past year he racked up 34 goals and 67 points in 53 AHL games.
He&#8217;s been in the Canucks organization for the last three years and has been a major part of the Comets often becoming a go-to player for the club.
Boucher is the second player from the Comets to sign in the KHL in recent weeks. Nikolay Goldobin signed last week with the league&#8217;s CSKA Moscow.
