Vancouver Canucks re-sign defenceman Jalen Chatfield to one-year deal

The Vancouver Canucks have re-signed defenceman Jalen Chatfield to a one-year contract extension, the club announced.
According to PuckPedia, the deal is worth $700,000 in the NHL and $125,000 in the AHL.
Chatfield, 24, is in his third year in the Canucks organization having played all of his time in the American Hockey League.
There, with the Utica Comets, Chatfield has appeared in 142 games scoring two goals and 17 points. He’s one of the defenceman who the organization feels is on the cusp of pushing into the Canucks’ lineup.
