Two familiar faces will be joining Satir Shah and Andrew Walker on the Sportsnet 650 pre-game and post-game shows.
Canucks alumnus Jannik Hansen and Ed Jovanovski will be taking their talents to the airwaves.
Hansen, 34, was drafted by the Canucks in the 9th round of the 2004 draft and played all but two of his 11-year career in Vancouver. OVer 565 games with the Canucks, the middle-six forward scored 105 goals and 235 points.
Jovanovski, who just turned 44 in June, spent seven of his 18 NHL seasons with the Canucks. The defenceman was acquired by the Canucks alongside Dave Gagner, Mike Brown, Kevin Weeks and a 2000 1st round pick (Nathan Smith) in exchange for Pavel Bure, Bret Hedican, Brad Ference and a 2000 3rd round pick. 32
He had his best NHL years while in Vancouver scoring 57 goals and 234 points in 434 games.
He left the team in 2006 signing as a free agent with the Phoenix Coyotes.
