Welcome back to another edition of Throwback Thursday!
This week two years ago (Dec. 9), Elias Pettersson notched his second five-point game in the NHL with a goal and four assists.
The game came in a 6-1 win against the home St. Louis Blues. While his first five-point game came on Nov. 2, 2018 in a 7-6 win over the Avalanche (two goals, three assists), his game against the Blues was just as good.
He posted an assist on the first goal of the game, scored by Brock Boeser, before adding a goal of his own and another assist on a Boeser goal.
In the second frame, he chipped in on a Nikolay Goldobin goal before setting up Boeser, once again, for his hat-trick goal.
