The National Hockey League will reportedly be holding its entry draft upon the conclusion of the playoffs.
The Athletic’s Corey Masisak reported the draft information building off a HockeyGraphs’ Shayna Goldman report the draft will include the seven teams that didn’t qualify for the 24-team playoff.

To add to Shayna's info, I have heard that the 2020 NHL draft will not happen until after the playoffs.

The draft lottery for the 2020 NHL draft will include the seven teams that didn't qualify for the 24-team playoff tournament + the eight teams eliminated in the qualifying round.

According to Goldman, it will also include the eight teams that are eliminated in the qualifying round.
The NHLPA voted in favour of the 24-team format over the weekend, but much work is still needed to determine many of the details surrounding a return to play.
On Monday, the NHL released their phased return to sport protocol. 
Gary Bettman is expected to speak at 4:30 p.m. EST in regards to the return to play format.
