NHL delays re-opening of Vancouver Canucks team facilities due to player entering COVID protocols

Another Vancouver Canucks player has been placed into COVID-19 protocols, and the NHL has shuttered the team facilities once again.

In a statement, the league said while the player hasn’t been at the facilities since March 31, they felt “the prudent decision was to keep the facilities closed for an additional day.”
The delay of the opening of the facilities isn’t believed to be impacting the clubs’ return to play next Friday.
