The @Vancouver Canucks embark on a six-game road trip tonight, as they take on the @Dallas Stars, but forward @Micheal Ferland will not be making the trip, at least to begin it.
Beagle could play tomorrow, said Coach Green.
Roussel practicing in a non-contact jersey is the next step for him.
Ferland has been skating in Vancouver.
Sutter will join the #Canucks on the road.

Ferland is skating with the team, but will likely be out for the beginning of the trip, though there is hope he will join the team later on the road trip. Ferland has been on the Injured Reserve since November 1st, initially being listed with an upper-body injury following his fight with the @Los Angeles Kings’ @Kyle Clifford on October 30th. He was soon placed in concussion protocol, where we was later diagnosed with a concussion and has been out of the lineup ever since.
This was Ferland’s first fight of 2019, and has five points in 12 games so far this season. Ferland is coming off a very productive season with the @Carolina Hurricanes, recording 17g 23a 40pts in 71 games and dropping the gloves three times in 2018-19. His depth scoring will certainly be a welcome addition to Canucks lineup on the extended road trip should be cleared to play sooner rather than later.
