<p>Ferland is skating with the team, but will likely be out for the beginning of the trip, though there is hope he will join the team later on the road trip. Ferland has been on the Injured Reserve since November 1st, initially being listed with an upper-body injury following <a href="https://www.hockeyfights.com/fights/n259431">his fight with the @Los Angeles Kings&#8217; @Kyle Clifford</a> on October 30th. He was soon placed in concussion protocol, where we was later diagnosed with a concussion and has been out of the lineup ever since.</p>

His depth scoring will certainly be a welcome addition to Canucks lineup on the extended road trip should be cleared to play sooner rather than later.</p>
