With the NHL’s work stoppage going into its second week, players are looking for ways to pass the time and deal with boredom. For Canucks superstar, @Elias Pettersson, that meant working on his golf game, something he was proud to show off in a new Twitter video that came out on Thursday afternoon.

Not only does Elias Pettersson have some silky smooth mitts off the ice, but it appears that he’s also shoring up his game on the links as well. As you’ll see in the video above, his range of skills seems to be growing by the minute. Okay, so maybe this whole ‘ dialling in my golf game’ thing was only a joke, but the video did provide a hearty laugh that we sorely needed today. Not to mention, you have to give Pettersson props for the way he put the video together as he’s clearly looking for ways to keep Canucks fans entertained even if it is off the ice.
