<p>Toronto has a lethal power-play and when you give them too many chances they&#8217;ll make you play, especially their marksmen Auston Matthews.</p>

<p>The former first overall pick has registered over 3.5 shots in his last four matchups against the Capitals, take this play at .8 units.</p>
