This week, for once, the Canucks were not the team with the most goaltending drama. Despite being outshone by Ben Bishop’s mysterious body and Andrei Vasilevskiy, the Canucks and their fans had fun this week, with dogs, dancing, and a prosthetic leg! For real!
  • Nick Bonino is tweeting updates as he roadtrips across America. Most recently, he was photographed rolling out his back in a Whole Foods parking lot.
  • When he is not interacting with supermarket chains, Bonino has been making fun of Jack Eichel’s neck and sharing photographs of his amazing dog:
  • Eddie Lack’s father seems to enjoy sharing photos of young Eddie. Here we see a sweet summer child meeting with the media. Hopefully he appreciated the breathing room while he had some.
  • The Utica Comets held on to take game 3 of the Calder Cup finals and now trail the series 2-1. One of their fans also drank beer out of a prosthetic leg. Why not?
  • Adam Clendening was also sure to remind Paul Bissonnette that Paul Bissonnette is in no way a useful hockey player:
. @Clenny5 let @BizNasty2point0 know he was keeping track of his playing time in Game 3. #warofwords @UticaComets

  • Here is a video of Kevin Bieksa and Dan Hamhuis high fiving on a mountain. This seems to be similar to the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge – share a high five to raise awareness for UNICEF and then donate to help kids. Hopefully Eddie Lack and Bo Horvat do not disappoint.
  • Fin celebrated his 14th birthday this week and had a guest list that put all other whale birthday parties to shame:
  • And finally, Eddie Lack’s offseason training is exactly what we all expected it to be:
