Another reason to look forward to postseason: homeless Dan Hamhuis.
Headshots are a Canucks Army feature where we link to the day’s freshest news, and other assorted Canucks web-goodies. If you’ve written a blogpost, produced a tribute video or birthed a clever .gif into existence – please e-mail Thom at thom.drance@gmail.com.
Alain Vigneault attached a very specific scoring chance number to Chris Higgins yesterday, which, led Daniel Wagner to question "how exactly, do the Canucks count scoring chances?" over at Pass it to Bulis. Cam Charron responded here.
Who knew Alex Burrows was the team’s fifth string goaltender?
Tyler Rowe from promising new Canucks blog SmugNation looks at the importance of the number 16 for the franchise. It might have something to do with that retired former Canuck captain, you know, what’s his name.
Mason Raymond has fallen out of favour, apparently, and finds himself squarely on the fourth line tonight. If Raymond ends up playing a checking role for the team at even-strength, in addition to centering the 2nd power-play unit and being one of the teams best penalty-killer: he’ll still provide significant value.

Speaking of Zack Kassian, Matt the Mascot fake interviewed him!
Steve Shalagan highlights the continuing good natured feud between Vernon Fiddler and Kevin Bieksa.
Chris Tanev is the odd man out while the team takes a good-hard look at his future defensive partner: Marc-Andre Gragnani.
Strong stuff from Harrison Mooney contrasting Cody "high-maintenance" Hodgson with Cory Schneider. In this week’s 30 Thoughts column Friedman addressed the controversy at length as well.
