It looks like the Utica Comets have ended Marco Roy’s PTO deal. Ben Birnell of the Utica Observer-Dispatch was all over the news this morning to let us know of the move.
Roy joined the Comets on December 28th on a pro tryout contract and got into six games with the team, scoring two goals. Roy played in 23 games with the Comets last season, picking up one goal and five helpers along the way.
The Comets are back in action on Friday when they hit the road for a game in Hartford at 4:15 pm Pacific vs the Wolf Pack. CanucksArmy will have your post-game report following the game.
