Canucks Army Monday Mailbag: March 28th, 2016

It’s time for another Monday Mailbag! Everyone else was busy, so I got to take over for this week. That means that there was a large number of dog-themed questions in the inbox and almost nothing about this is serious!
@Verviticus: how does one remain a canucks fan without crying nightly
Watch this gif. Pretend you are the cat. It will be ok.

@lenofi: if canucks are the cast of full house, who plays who?
Full House’s last episode aired before I turned one, so I don’t know much about the show and I’ve never seen it. I know that the Olsen twins were on it, so they would be the Sedins, obviously. I know that John Stamos was on the show so I’ll say Ben Hutton will be his character because John Stamos and Ben Hutton both have big smiles. I just searched up Full House on IMDb and apparently the Olsen twins play one person, which is wild. Chris Tanev is Bob Saget.
@JustinMoris: Bigger dour, humorless and misguided disappointment: Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, or the 2015/16 Canucks?
This is a tie. Superhero movies are terrible but so are the Canucks. Both of these things are misguided and dour. The Canucks are probably more humorous (ex: Derek Dorsett’s ice time, the Bieber thing, etc) – this might give the edge to Batman v. Superman, but I’ll go with the draw.
@mean_63: hi! first time caller, first time listener. do you believe the canucks have their eyes on brandon tanev? thanks
I sure hope they are because Brandon looks like a solid hockey player! Older brother Chris was recently asked about this and mentioned that the Canucks have talked to him about Brandon, so there is at least some interest! Aside from the positional differences and the fact that they’re not identical, the Tanevs are basically the new Sedins.
@bh_: what should we even hope for anymore?
@Jyrki21: How poor is the return going to be when the Canucks trade Jordan Subban for no real reason?
I’ve given up on trying to predict Benning’s actions, but I’m guessing they’ll get someone who could be a decent third liner, maybe.
@sedinitronic: who has the best dog amongst the Canucks?
All of them are good, but Sven Baertschi’s husky is the best Canucks dog.
@ryanbiech: purely based on ‘dog rating’ – who should the Canucks target this summer?!
This is easy. He’s signed in Buffalo until 2020, but if the Canucks are serious about getting the best dog in the league, they’ll have to trade for Zach Bogosian. Nina Bogosian is the cutest dog around and she comes with a bonus dog, her big brother, Max!
