Welcome back to Betway Bets of the Day, brought to you by NHL betting odds site Betway!
Wednesday will feature a light three-game slate on the NHL schedule, headlined by Alex Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals visiting the red-hot LA Kings. The Kings are currently two points behind the Canucks for second in the Pacific Division but have four games in hand.
With such a condensed schedule in the NHL today, we will bring you our first-ever joint sports edition of the Betway Bets of the Day, as there are some really juicy NBA plays I like today.

Player Prop

Artemi Panarin to register over 2.5 shots at -175. my $12.50 bet would return $19.64.
Panarin has been exceptional this season and is currently tied with Elias Pettersson for sixth in NHL scoring with 30 points. Panarin has also been lighting up the shot meter, tallying 32 shots in his last seven games, an average of 4.5 per game. Getting his line at 2.5 is baffling and is a full unit play.

Player Prop

Alperen Sengun to register over 4.5 assists -134. My $10 bet would return $17.50.
Sengun is called “baby Jokic” for a reason: he’s a big man with incredible court vision, he has tallied over 4.5 assists in five of his last seven games, and put up eight assists against the same Nuggets team he faces tonight on Friday. Put .8 units on our first NBA play of the year.

Player Prop

Nikola Jokic to register over 12.5 rebounds at -110. My $10 bet would return $19.
Jokic and Sengun matched up on Friday, and the Joker ended the game with 19 rebounds. He historically dominates him on the glass and has tallied over 12.5 rebounds in eight of his last ten full games. Another play where we’re going to deploy .8 units.

Last Game Bets

Vancouver to score a power-play goal at -167. My $12.50 bet would return $20.  – HIT
Andrei Kuzmenko to score anytime at +200. My $8 bet would return $24. – MISSED
Vancouver to win money-line and Elias Pettersson to score a point at -143. My $12.50 bet would return $21.25. – HIT
Some days you have inexcusable bad beats, others you get lucky. Yesterday, we got lucky as the Canucks scored an empty net power-play goal to bring us in the positive on the day. We staked $33 and returned $41.25, we are now up $60.52 on the year.
