Betway Bets of the Day: Bet on Fillip Forsberg to stay hot against the Anaheim Ducks

Tuesday will feature nine games on the NHL slate headlined by an all-Canadian matchup at the Bell Centre, as the Montreal Canadiens will host the Calgary Flames. The Flames won back-to-back games against Seattle and Nashville and appeared to be turning a corner on their season, but two straight losses to the Leafs and Senators have them back well outside the playoff picture.
The Vegas Golden Knights will visit the Washington Capitals. With a Knights loss and a Canucks win on Wednesday, Vancouver will take over as the top team in both the Pacific Division and the Western Conference. Here are three bets I like for tonight’s game.
Player Prop
The West Vancouver native has been excellent to start this season, scoring an impressive 11 goals in 14 games, good enough for third league-wide. Reinhart has registered eight shots in his last two games, and against a Sharks team that gives up the most shots in the league, I like this bet at a full unit.

Fillip Forsberg to register over 3.5 shots at -134. My $12.50 bet would return $22.01.
Forsberg has also had a fantastic start to the 2023/2024 season, scoring at a near 100-point pace, which would be by far the highest of his career. Forsberg has his his over 3.5 in three of his last four games, including accumulating ten shots in his last two. With Nashville playing an Anaheim team that’s bottom ten in shots against, we will deploy a full unit here, too.

Brayden Point to score a power-play point at +130. My $10 bet would return $23.
The Bolts’ power-play has started the season on fire, ranking fourth league-wide and Brayden Point in the bumper is an integral part of their success. Their opponent, the Blues, also rank bottom ten in the league on the penalty kill. I like this bet at .8 units.

Elias Pettersson to register over 2.5 shots at -167. My $12.50 bet would return $20. – MISSED
Quinn Hughes to register a powerplay point at +115. My $10 bet would return$21.50. – MISSED
Fillip Hronek to score anytime at +500. My $6.75 would return $33.75. – MISSED
First 0-3 outing since the Flyers game, thankfully we unit managed, we staked $30 and returned $0. We are now up $103.89 (8.3 units) on the year.
