Friday will feature a handful of games on the NHL slate, headlined by two very exciting games. In the West, Nathan Mackinnon gets back into action after his second four-goal game of the season as his Colorado Avalanche hosts the LA Kings. LA has lost 12 of their last 14 games and has been caught by the Oilers for third in the Pacific Division standings.

Out East, the red-hot Florida Panthers, who you guys know as my favourite none Canucks team to bet on, will host Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins. Here are three bets I like for tonight’s game.

Reinhart has been on a HEATER, scoring 12 goals in his last eleven games and even cashing us out last week. It’s impossible not to ride with the West Vancouver product again. Reinhart ranks second in the league in goals, only four behind Auston Matthews.

Alex Barkov to register over 2.5 shots at -118. My $10 bet would return $18.50.

Barkov has hit his over 2.5 in four of his last six games and hit his over in the Panthers’ only matchup with the Penguins this season. I like this play at .8 units.

Colorado to win money-line at -140. My $12.50 bet would return $21.42.

LA has been an utter dumpster fire of late. We mentioned how they’re continuously losing above, but it’s more than just that; the locker room is starting to implode, as longtime star player Drew Doughty said this in an interview following their 5-3 loss to the Sabres.

“I think we have guys in this room who are too worried about themselves and worried about their points, and worried about stuff.”

These odds are insane to me, Colorado at home at -140 is a mega hammer from me. Take this play at a full unit.
