Betway Bets of the Day: Bet on the Canucks power play against the lowly Arizona Coyotes penalty kill

Another stellar effort from Thacher Demko, along with a goal and an assist from birthday boy JT Miller helped the Canucks to a 5-2 win over the central division-leading Dallas Stars. Vancouver has now won five straight games.

Vancouver will go on the road for their next three games starting with an appearance at the infamous Mullett Arena, the Arizona Coyotes’ new home which sits only 4,600 fans.

Both Arizona and Vancouver have been excellent in their recent run of play, with Vancouver winning five straight and Arizona getting at least a point in six straight games. Here are three bets I like for tonight’s matchup.

This has been our main Canucks shot prop recently and it has been working well. Miller has hit his over 2.5 in five of his last six games. I like him again against an Arizona team that gives up the second-most shots in the league.

Vancouver to score a power play goal at -134. My $10 bet would return $17.50.

Vancouver is still top 10 in the league on the power play and was able to score on the 3rd best penalty kill in the Dallas Stars on Tuesday night.

I like them a lot here against the 24th-ranked penalty kill in the Arizona Coyotes, especially because Arizona is top five league-wide in penalties taken.

Clayton Keller and Elias Petterson both to score a point at -150. My $10 bet would return $16.66.

Clayton Keller who was recently named the NHL’s first star of the week has scored a point in six straight games. Canucks superstar Elias Pettersson has scored a point in five straight games, I like this bet a lot tonight.

Jason Robertson to register over 3.5 shots at -125. My $10 bet would return $18.  – MISSED

Dallas to score a power play goal at -105. My $10 bet would return $19.52. – HIT
