The end of the regular season is finally upon us and we will soon be free from Canucks hockey for another few months. Despite the spectacularly bad hockey being played, the Canucks are actually having a fun time off the ice. It’s the least that fans deserve, really.
  • Jack Skille is the final Canuck to be featured in a car this season. Skille talks dogs, faith, and live away from the rink – he seems to be a very nice man.

  • Thatcher Demko is a big deal in Canuckland, but he’s not the only promising goaltending prospect in the Canucks organization. Michael Garteig is a BC boy who loves ice cream, Remember the Titans, Blink-182, and – like all of us – Thatcher Demko.

  • College-educated Troy Stecher is a very smart hockey player but didn’t catch on the fact that his move to the Sedin line happened on April Fool’s Day. He walks away from the interview before realizing that he will remain on defense for the foreseeable future. Henrik is absolutely thrilled that the prank worked.
  • Ryan Miller’s little son is amazing and more important than any hockey games.
  • Bo Horvat turned 22 this week, so obviously Ben Hutton is singing Taylor Swift. Hutton also wants to steal Bo’s dog for a day, and Daniel Sedin is amazed at Bo’s mature frame in this weird but fun birthday video:
Tanner is a little kid who loves the Canucks (and Michael Chaput) and he was absolutely thrilled to be surprised with his first ever NHL game this week.
Rob Williams over at the Daily Hive got the details on why Tanner loves Michael Chaput so much. Kids are amazing.

    • The Canucks may not be entertaining, but the intermission sumo soccer is amazing:
    • Jannik Hansen is a San Jose Shark now but he and Henrik Sedin are still best buddies. The Canucks season will be over this week, but hopefully Hansen can win the cup so that his former teammates get a first round pick:
