You can’t spell off-season without “fun” and the Canucks are still having fun, despite everything.
  • Henrik Sedin was asked about him potentially being the first career Canuck to reach 1000 points but Daniel is not planning on letting that happen.

  • Any video starring Chris Tanev and Ryan Stanton is bound to be static and uncomfortable, but this shoe-themed newlyweds game reaches unbelievable levels of awkward. Tanev and Stanton do seem to know each other well, and it is nice when they say that they both train hard, but this is clear proof that these two should not get married because no marriage should ever suffer this amount of awkwardness. The title of this video also led me to believe that there would be some sort of Say Yes to the Dress style wedding shoe shopping involved.
  • Eddie Lack is too modest to say “I’ve formed a connection with my fans because I am the nicest man in the world”. There is something to Chris Tanev’s Twitter theory, though I’m pretty sure Eddie does Twitter a little better than most.

  • Also, the Canucks have Snapchat (their username is vancanucks if you want to add them) and a highlight so far has been this photo that shows how weirdly long Eddie Lack’s legs are (also, look at how sad Radim is).
  • Bo Horvat received lots of praise on locker clean-out day and apparently couldn’t resist listening in (that’s him on the left there). Unfortunately Bo did not throw on a fake mustache and ask Willie D about the second unit power play.

  • Nicklas Jensen is trying his hand at being an underwear model (and a lumberjack). My main question is this: was this professionally shot or does Nicklas Jensen raise chickens in his backyard?
  • Oh and Bo Horvat loves it, by the way.
  • This story did turn out to be fake, but anything to do with Dale Weise is worth talking about. If this man was real, I hope he would use his gift to follow John Tortorella around.
