The Vancouver Canucks lineup will definitely change this evening after forward Alex Burrows sustained an upper-body injury while taking part in this morning’s pre-game skate.
In a statement the Canucks confirmed Burrows’ injury, said that he was sent to hospital for precautionary reasons and confirmed that the first liner will not play in Game 4 on Tuesday night against the Flames.
Burrows sustained an upper body injury & was taken to hospital after practice this morning for precautionary reasons. Will not play tonight.

UPDATE: According to a report from TVA’s Renaud Lavoie, Burrows sustained a fractured rib.
Burrows’ absence leaves a big hole for the Canucks, as he was one of a few players able to match the Flames’ physicality with his own.
