The Vancouver Canucks will be issuing qualifying offers to @Justin Bailey, @Jalen Chatfield and @Guillaume Brisebois, TSN’s Rick Dhaliwal reports.
The Canucks will qualify the contract of D Guillaume Brisebois.
Bailey, 25, is coming off his first year in the Canucks organization. He appeared in two games with the big club, but scored 28 goals and 47 points in 53 games with the AHL’s Utica Comets as a forward. His QO is $750,000.
Chatfield, 24, is in his third year with the organization after being signed to an entry-level deal in 2017. The defenceman spent all three seasons with the Utica Comets scoring two goals and 17 points in 142 games. His QO is $765,000.
Brisebois, 23, was drafted in the third round of the 2015 draft by the Canucks. He played eight games for the Canucks scoring no points in 2018-19, and has spent his time otherwise with the Comets. There, the rearguard has scored 10 goals and 44 points in 165 games. His QO is $697,500.
