As reported earlier, Vegas Golden Knights forward Ryan Reaves had a hearing with the National Hockey League today over an Illegal Check to the Head of Vancouver Canucks’ forward Tyler Motte.
Later, the NHL announced they have suspended Reaves for one playoff game as a result of the infraction that took place during game seven between the Canucks and Knights on Friday night.
The league released the following video breaking down the suspension.
As a result, Reaves will miss game one of the Western Conference Final, when his team take on the Dallas Stars Sunday night at 5 PM.
