The Canucks&#8217; 4-1 loss last night resulted in the team getting booed off the ice, a jersey thrown onto the ice, and &#8220;fire Benning&#8221; chants that were loud enough for the TV broadcast to pick up.
Last night&#8217;s gave the feeling that change was finally coming, and now it&#8217;s reportedly come.
Boudreau, 66, last served as an NHL coach in the 2017-18 season when he was head coach of the Minnesota Wild.
The Canucks have not yet announced anything officially.
UPDATE 6:21 PM: <a href="https://twitter.com/DarrenDreger/status/1467680226050293764">Darren Dreger of TSN</a> is reporting that Scott Walker will be joining the Canucks, which would suggest the Canucks&#8217; have fired more members of their coaching staff than just Travis Green.
