After a busy game schedule last week, the Canucks made a brief stop home before embarking on an Eastern Conference road trip. The team continued their struggles on home ice, adding two more losses to their now-average record. The optimism generated from the 4-0-1 stretch in late-October has quickly faded, and incoming are the feelings of last season: ugh.
On the bright side, Brock Boeser. We’ve seen it many times over the past week, but his current point total in his 26-game NHL career hangs with the likes of Connor McDavid, Auston Matthews, and Johnny Gaudreau. Pretty nice, eh?
