On today’s episode of Canucks Conversation, Chris Faber and I were joined by Daily Faceoff’s Frank Seravalli to talk about the latest surrounding the 4-2 Vancouver Canucks!
The three of us talked about who may come out of the Canucks’ lineup when Teddy Blueger eventually returns. All of us agreed that Nils Höglander should not be coming out of the lineup, that it should instead be a player like Anthony Beauvillier who the club makes a healthy scratch. Seravalli also talked about the NHL’s Frozen Frenzy, and talked about growing the game outside of already die-hard hockey fans.

Later, Faber shared some tough news. He’s leaving CanucksArmy and Canucks Conversation.
Now, we know there are going to be plenty of questions, so I’ll answer what I can as the Managing Editor of this website, and obviously a cohost on Canucks Conversation.
First things first, we’re all going to miss Faber, but he’s been showing Dave Hall the ropes when it comes to covering prospects, which means Blackfish isn’t going anywhere. Dave has been a great addition to our team and we are very thankful that he’s here to take the reins from Faber. On the show side, I’m going to be getting a new cohost, and I’m thrilled about who that person is.
We can’t say exactly who it is just yet, but there will be some big news coming on that front next week. In the meantime, Faber and I have seven more shows together and he’s still here at CanucksArmy for 11 more days! I can’t stress enough how much we are going to miss Faber, but we are all very excited for what’s coming next for him.
