alt
Nov 10, 2016, 18:00 ESTUpdated:
It’s been quite the week.
The Canucks won a game since the last update, which is a nice change!
Canucks prospects continue to make noise around the hockey world, with the NCAA players being of particular note.  This week you will be able to see two Canucks prospect represent their CHL league against the mighty Russian team!
It’s a big week to look forward to in the prospect world, so with that we are back for another week of Blackfish!
Don’t mind the Carolina part of that gif – I just wanted a excited hockey gif.

  • Brett McKenzie has a bit of a down week only posting 3 points in three games. Well, I guess that’s a down week considering how well he has been doing. You can catch him tonight playing for Team OHL in the Canada-Russia Series. Game is at 4PM on Sportsnet ONE (so set the PVR, and watch after the Canucks game)
  • Carl Neill posted one goal and three assists in two games this week for the Carl Neill’s. His goal:
  • Dmitry Zhukenov continues to maintain his PPG pace with one goals and two assists in three contests this week.
  • Olli Juolevi had a good week with four points in two games, including this goal:
  • Prince George’s schedule has slowed down a bit, but Olson posted one assist in his one contest. You can catch him at the LEC tonight taking on the Vancouver Giants.
  • Guillaume Brisebois was held pointless in his three games this week. He will represent Team QMJHL
  • Jakob Stukel played three games this week and was limited to one goal, but it sure was a nice one:
  • Cole Candella scored two goals this week, both of which coming against Olli Juolevi’s London Knights – his first one is below:
  • Rodrigo Abols scored his first QMJHL goal this past week:

  • Brock Boeser was limited to one goal in two games this weekend.
  • Adam Gaudette scored one goal and one assist this past weekend. His goal was a dandy:
  • William Lockwood maintained his PPG pace with two goals against new D1 school ASU. His first goal easily takes the goal of the week for the Canucks prospects:
