The 7-game winless streak carried on until Thursday night, which meant the mood in the locker room probably wasn’t sunshine and rainbows. At least social media was positive!
  • The Canucks took their annual team photo last Friday, which included some special guests. It’s nice to see Derek Dorsett happy and around the team, although I have to admit that my heart sank a bit when I saw that he was wearing a generic no-name jersey as opposed to his usual #15.
  • I’m not sure whose baby this is and how she managed to sneak into the team photo, but she’s adorable:
  • “Hey Canucks fans, Jake Virtanen here – welcome to my crib!” Just kidding, he didn’t say that. He did, however, give us tour of his home:
  • Ben Hutton, in Vancouver after suffering a foot infection, spent Thursday night hanging with Baertschi’s dog, Bear:

  • Speaking of prospects… a bunch of CHL players began their playoff series for their respective teams, which prompted many to post the typical #playoffszn Instagram:
