What the Vancouver Canucks could have in Ethan Bear, plus Brock Boeser returns: Canucks Conversation Oct. 31st

On today’s episode of Canucks Conversation, we were joined by Baggedmilk of Oilers Nation to discuss what the Vancouver Canucks could have in newly acquired defenceman Ethan Bear.
Bear played top-four minutes with the Edmonton Oilers before finding himself on the outside looking in of the Carolina Hurricanes’ lineup this season.
Baggedmilk also gave his take that the puck-moving Bear is best suited to play with a defence partner who is a little bit more defensively-minded and can cover for any mistakes that Bear may make while trying to create offence.
We’ve liked the Bear deal since it happened. And you can read our full writeup on what he could bring to the Canucks’ defence corps by clicking here.
Additionally, we talked about some practice notes ahead of tomorrow’s game, including Brock Boeser returning to Canucks practice from the IR. Head coach Bruce Boudreau called him a gametime decision for tomorrow against New Jersey.
