A few weeks ago Vancouver traveled to Toronto to play their only game at the ACC this season. After spotting the Leafs two goals, Vancouver stormed back but needed an innocent long shot by Mason Raymond to fool J.S. Giguere for the win.

> Malhotra’s line got manhandled, coincidentally one game after they were the standouts. Grabovski and MacArthur were all over them. This was one of those nights to forget for Torres.
> An ugly night all around at ES. Only the Kesler line stood out, coincidentally one game after they were the goats at ES.
> If it wasn’t for special teams, the Leafs probably walk away with the points. Vancouver relied on the PP to get on the board and eventually take the lead early in the second. Edler and Ehrhoff in particular were strong from the point and – with Giggy pulled –  Hamhuis added his first of the year in the dying seconds of the third.
