It was announced this morning that Canucks 2015 6th round pick Lukas Jasek has signed a two year contract with Bili Tygri Liberec in the Czech Extraliga:
Jasek had hopped between the Extraliga, J20 league and second tier league for HC Trinec last season.
Since Jasek was drafted out of the Extraliga in 2015, the Canucks retain his rights until June 1, 2019. Article 8.6d is below explaining:

There was hope that Jasek would make the move to North America last year and be selected in the CHL Import Draft, but HC Trinec did not want to release him from his contract. He was then shuttled between the junior team and loaned to the second tier league.
Canucks management had also mentioned in the past year that they wanted to get Jasek signed:
Obviously this two year contract in the Extraliga throws a wrench in that plan.
Ideally, with this move to Bili Tygeri, Jasek will remain in the Extraliga for the duration of the contract and continue to work on his game.  It’s a fair suggestion that his jumping between leagues has been a detriment to his development.
