Headshots are a Canucksarmy feature where we link to the days freshest news, and other assorted Canucks web-goodies. If you’ve written a blogpost and would like it to be featured in our Headshots posts please e-mail me at thom.drance@gmail.com.
The Canucks appear to be moving closer to an agreement with Viktor Oreskovich according to the Province’s Jim Jamieson. This is good news for people who like replacement-level fourth line wingers, and fake Russians. Needless to say, I’m one of those people.
Passittobulis hosts the Maple Street Press B-Sides with a great piece from Scott McKenzie about how Alex Burrows flies under the radar. The Maple Street Press Preview Magazine incidentally is still available for pre-order, and hits newsstands a week today!
Over at theleafsnation is the first installment of a series that poses the question "Reimer, Dubnyk or Schneider?" I’ve been working on the series with Justin Goldman (TheGoalieGuild), and on Thursday, Cory Schneider’s profile will run at CanucksArmy! Check out Part I here.
GIF BREAK – via sainthamhuis.tumblr.com — tell them who your favorite is Landeskog! (Any bets on how fast this changes once Landeskog dresses for the Avs?)

From canucks.nhl.com – Canucks pre-season tickets go on sale this Saturday.
The Vancouver City Council – in their highly politicized riot report – saw fit to point out that the NHL doesn’t have any guidelines for dealing with potentially riotous crowds. This made Greg Wyshynski flipping furious. The Days of Y’Orr guys poked fun and Tyler Dellow made the contrarian argument that the NHL should probably bear some responsibility.
