Cody Hodgson is a huge nerd who plays chess and always hurts his back (like a nerd). Also he apparently has an alter-ego named Stefan Hodgson who is super sauve and stuff… Strange.

Gabe Desjardins, one of the smartest guys around, looks into whether or not there is a "truly great" NHL GM in the league at the moment. His conclusion: not really, but if there is, Mike Gillis is on a short list among the "best."

Steve Lepore is seriously pissed off over the fact that the Blackhawks-Canucks rivalry hasn’t garnered any national TV time so far this season.

Brad Marchand, the diminutive agitator/bully has a sensitive side. And not in the "aww he’s actually a nice guy who helps the blind cross the road while walking puppies" sort of sensitive side. But the "Screw you guys I’m going home" type of sensitive side. Awesome.

The Blackhawks are relying on Dave Bolland to not take penalties and get totally owned to play a big role in tonight’s game as the Hawks try to shut-down the Sedin twins who burned them so badly a couple of weeks ago.
