Schneider and Luongo check out the Blue Jackets crowd (who have arrived early) in Columbus today.
Headshots are a Canucks Army feature where we link to the day’s freshest news, and other assorted Canucks web-goodies. If you’ve written a blogpost, produced a tribute video or birthed a clever .gif into existence – please e-mail me at thom.drance@gmail.com.
Jordin Tootoo and Kevin Bieksa re-create an iconic scene from Dirty Dancing, or at least, that’s what they’re doing according to the mad mind of Mooney. (Pass it to Bulis)
Over at the Legion, The Stanchion takes a short break from telling long-winded stories about his time in the army and looks at several NHL versions of Blue Steel. My favorite is the Willie Mitchell face, partly because he looks crazy, and partly because having watched him play for years, I know he’s not an ambi-turner.
Greg Wyshynski asks what the reaction would’ve been if it had been Burrows stomping on Foglino’s stick, as opposed to the other way round. Pretty sure that if Burrows skate stomped anyone, however lightly, Ron Maclean would climbed through our respective televisions like the scary well-dwelling chica from the Ring and strangle all of us.
Tweet Break: Here’s my favorite tweet from the #DudesyouforgotplayedfortheCanucks hashtag that trended earlier today:

Have you checked out today’s matrimonial Embrace the Hate post? If not, I suggest you do. It’s awesome.
Cam Charron takes an exhaustive look at the Columbus Blue Jackets, and their "not quite the worst team in the NHL" status over at Nucksmisconduct.
Finally, with the Canucks riding a long streak of wins over mostly mediocore teams, everyone is busting out the puff pieces. Here’s Iain Macintyre praising the Sedins.
