Love this Lord Stanley quote from the "origin of the Stanley Cup infograph" put together by Visual Capitalist.
Headshots are a Canucks Army feature where we link to the day’s freshest news, and other assorted Canucks web-goodies. If you’ve written a blogpost, produced a tribute video or birthed a clever .gif into existence – please e-mail Thom at thom.drance@gmail.com.
Roberto Luongo has continued his so called "meta-tweeting spree" and Pass it to Bulis has the goods. Harrison Mooney has covered this story so thoroughly, he’s now qualified to teach a hundred level class in stromboning!
Excellent take from the Globe and Mail’s David Ebner meditating on David Booth’s faith.
Redditer Frangolaking’s wife is awesome, and designed his wedding ring with a Vancouver Canucks theme!
You probably don’t remember Samir Javer, but he broke the Cody Hodgson trade (seriously – he beat TSN to the exact details of the transaction by nearly 30 minutes). Well he’s come out with a gangbusters Canucks "pump-up video". Also, while he was editing the video, Samir broke the news that Fisherman’s Friend is, in fact, Alain Vigneault favorite brand of lozenge.

Alain Vigneault is tired of the media circus surrounding Daniel Sedin’s return to the lineup. Our pal Social Assassin has written an extremely concise blog post opining on whether or not we’ll see Sedin play against the Kings tomorrow. For what it’s worth, I suspect Daniel misses at least the first of the game series.
Our pal the Stanchion thinks that if they want to win the Cup, the Canucks could use some more Trevor Linden. I respectfully disagree, I think what they really need is more pandering!
Elliott Pap dubs the Hansen-Pahlsson-Higgins line the "PHD line" (Pahlsson, Higgins, Dane) and ruminates on the central role they’re likely to play in the team’s first round series
Finally, the best hockey writer of his generation, Eric Duhatscek writes that maybe, just maybe having two playoff goalies is better than one.
