As anticipated, the Vancouver Canucks have released details of how fans can attend training camp at the Abbotsford Centre this week.
“Access to Training Camp on-ice sessions are available now by way of a $5.50 donation with proceeds benefiting the Canucks for Kids Fund,” the team said in a release. “All funds raised will remain in the Fraser Valley in support of local children’s charities and causes.
“Training Camp is open to both media and fans with building capacity limited to 50 percent. Doors will open at 8:30am on September 23 and 24 with players taking the ice at 9:00am. On September 25, doors will open at 9:30am with the first on-ice session taking place at 10:00am.”
Proof of vaccination for those 13 and older will be required to attend all events this season, and this includes training camp as well. Fans 12 and under can attend with a guardian, and face masks must be worn at all times inside the arena unless actively eating or drinking.
