This week is a bit slower as most of the European teams have a bit of a break with a few European tournaments going on. But that doesn’t mean that there isn’t things to be excited about.
CANADIAN HOCKEY LEAGUE

- Kole Lind continues to be hot – with three assists in two games in the WHL. He followed that up with a strong performance with Team WHL for the Canada Russia Super Series, posting 2 goals and 1 assist on Monday night. He was held pointless in Game Two of that series.
- Jakub Stukel had himself a decent week with five assists in 4 games since our last update. It will be interesting to follow his production as the season goes on.
Ontario Hockey League
- Cole Candella with three assists in two games for Sudbury – he continues to rack up the minutes for the Wolves.
- Jonah Gadjovich remains out of the lineup for Owen Sound with a wrist injury.
- Brett McKenzie with one goal and one assist in three games for North Bay.
- Matt Brassard was held pointless in three games this past week.

- Two games and two points for Elias Pettersson in SHL action – he followed that up with the GWG in Champions Hockey League play. With the goal, Vaxjo moves onto the Quarterfinals of the CHL.
- Dahlen with two goals in three games over the past week – it’s only a matter of time before he moves to the SHL (or maybe the AHL)
- One game and zero points for Rodrigo Abols
- Kristoffer Gunnarsson with two games in SHL – where he was held pointless. He was also held pointless in their CHL game against Liberec.

AHL
- There have been an influx of moves since our last update – Demko to Canucks, Garteig recalled from ECHL. Megna was returned to the Comets while Gaunce and Boucher were recalled.
- Nikolay Goldobin continues to lead the attack while working on his 200 foot game – Comets GM Ryan Johnson mentioned in a radio interview that when Goldobin is called up by the Canucks, he never wants to see him again – if Goldy continues his play, that’s what will happen.
