NHL’s Frozen Frenzy, where every team played on Tuesday night, was a massive success, as the league was the talk of the sports landscape in North America. The schedule makers have followed up that eventful night with just one game on Wednesday as the Devils host the Capitals.

Devils star Jack Hughes has absolutely torched the league this season, scoring 14 points in just five games. For Washington, Alex Ovechkin finally scored his first of the season Tuesday night and was a shot shy of tying his career-high tallying 14 against the Leafs on Tuesday.

Timo Meier to score anytime at +187. My $6.75 bet would return $19.40.

Most of our bets are backed by statistical trends but sometimes you just have to rely on gut feel, Meier has been extremely quiet this season and has yet to score despite playing on a line with Jack Hughes. I think tonight is the night he finally pots one, we will risk .5 units on this play.
