Welcome back to Betway Bets of the Day brought to you by NHL betting odds site Betway!
What a game fans at Rogers Arena witnessed on Saturday night as the Canucks won a 6-4 seesaw affair against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Vancouver has now gotten at least a point in their last eight games and remains as the top team in the NHL.
Next up for the Canucks is a matchup against the lowly Chicago Blackhawks, who are without hometown stud Connor Bedard. Here are three bets I like for tonight’s game.

Player Prop

Elias Pettersson to score two or more points at +130. My $10 bet would return $23.
Pettersson has been among the best players in the league of late scoring 18 points in his last ten games. Despite a two point night on Saturday the lotto line has been a bit quiet of late at even strength, I think this is the perfect spot for that to change.
Chicago is bottom three in the NHL in goals against and Pettersson has scored six points in his last four games against the Hawks, take this play at .8 units.

Player Prop

Brock Boeser to score anytime at +135. My $10 bet would return $23.50.
We took Boeser against Toronto on Saturday and that didn’t hit, but we will take him here again. Boeser has scored at least a point against Chicago in five straight games and has scored three goals in that span. This is the perfect spot for the lotto line to get rolling again.
Take this play at .8 units.

Player Prop

Quinn Hughes to register an assist at -167. My $12.50 bet would return $20.
Hughes has registered five assists in his last three games. This is my lock of the day as Hughes should be all over a poor Chicago team. Take this play at a full unit.

Last Game Bets

William Nylander to register over 3.5 shots at -150. My $12.50 bet would return $20.83. – HIT
Brock Boeser to score anytime at +140. My $10 bet would return $24. – MISSED
Vancouver to win money-line at -125. My $10 bet would return $18. – HIT
Not a bad night, we staked $32.50 and returned $38.83. We are now up $175.33 on the year.
