We tried to think of something serious and hot-button for this week’s mailbag, but none of us wanted to talk about why Ryan Miller has fallen off of a cliff. Thankfully, when we started taking Mailbag questions, we got one that addressed the whole floor. Today, we talk about our celebratory tuenes.

“Oh, wait, you wanted my goal song? I thought you wanted Brandon Sutter’s.”

“I think, personally, that a goal song should speak to the exalted player’s person. I’m just another East Vancouver blogger, living the stats thug life. Scoring a goal makes me “on that power”, as they would say. As such, it would only be suiting. In an interview filmed around the same time this video was shot, Young Thug went on to say “I don’t give a f#$%” in reference to about everything. I imagine scoring an NHL goal would make me feel the same way.”

“I mostly picked this one because I can five-star it blindfolded on Just Dance 2015 and I feel like the celebrations I could do with it would give the old-school media a collective brain aneurysm. Not to mention, I could land one of those sweet Ubisoft endorsement deals.”
