Canucks New Adidas Home Uniform Unveiled

At an event in Las Vegas, all 31 new Adidas Home Uniforms were unveiled this evening, including the Canucks.

As you’ll see, it features very little differences from the previous uniforms. The only difference is in the collar.

After speculation that the Canucks could change to green uniforms, change to the stick in the rink logo or redesign in other ways, they opted to keep the orca logo, with the Vancouver arched type that has been a controversial decision since the beginning.

There’s no word on when the road uniform will be unveiled, but we can expect it to be much of the same as before.

The rest of the jerseys are here.

They should simplify that logo. In particular, the part where the whale transitions to the C is over complicated. And that extra spike coming out of the C should go. Keep it simple.

But I do like the whale.

  • Adidas makes their clothes more form fitting, rather than the traditional potatoe sack look. Canucks jersey looks good. Some prefer the stick and rink logo, I don’t mind the orca representing the West coast.

Vegas Knights looks interesting, graphite, gold, and black. Something a little different.

      Just a test.

So all that empty space on most of these jersey’s means that the NHL is getting ready to put ads on there right?

Most of these look fine, not a fan of the Edmonton, Vegas, or Nashville ones.
